Congratulations to our kindergarten teacher Mrs. Derevenska, who was recently honored by the Perth Amboy Knights of Columbus as Assumption Catholic School’s Teacher of the Year. She was also surprised on Monday with flowers from her colleagues and a fruit bouquet from our F.S.A. in recognition of her achievement.
Mrs. D. as she is affectionately known, has been at A.C.S. for over 10 years as our kindergarten teacher. All of the students that were in Mrs. D’s kindergarten class reminisced about their fun times with Mrs. D. Congratulations on your wonderful achievement.
