Today, ACS hosted a vibrant celebration for Hispanic Heritage Month, filled with delicious treats, great music, and community spirit! Students and staff enjoyed a tasty cafecito, guava pastries, and bagels, all while listening to lively music by the talented Mr. Alejandro. It was a wonderful way to honor the rich culture and contributions of the Hispanic community.
We were also fortunate to have the Perth Amboy Police and Fire Department speak with our students about National Walking to school safety, emphasizing safety tips and community engagement.
A special thank you to the Batista-Mejia family for the delicious pastries, the Zambrowski family for the coffee, and Mrs. Florez, Mrs. SueroDeLeon, and the FSA Board for making this event such a success! AND to our parents….thank you for spending the morning with us!
Together, we started our day in prayer! We said an extra Hail Mary for all our special visitors. It’s a true blessing to come together, build community, and celebrate culture here at ACS!
