On December 19th the Terrific­Third Class of 2019 created their very own Flat Stanley figures. The figures are based on the story by Jeff Brown about a young boy who gets flattened by a fallen bulletin board. Over break, students read Flat Stanley: His Originial Adventures and kept a journal, from Stanley’s point of view, documenting adventures with his new family. Students came back to ACS excited about sharing their adventures with Stanley. Some memorable Stanley adventures included unwrapping presents, visiting with relatives, participating in gymnastics classes, taking care of sick family members, playing video games and driving cars! The Stanleys certainly had some memorable experiences!
