Dear ACS Parents:
Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! I think we can all agree it is the school year that has given parents and teachers some sleepless nights. Please take the time to read our re-opening plan (on our website) and know that we are committed to executing the plan and protocols we have put in place. I hope that the welcome letter as well as the ZOOM informational helped answer your questions. I appreciate all who participated.
Every other week, on Friday, the Principal’s Newsletter usually goes home. This year we are trying to limit paper correspondence and we will be posting a picture of the newsletter on REMIND and on our website.
In this section you will always find an update on very important information and school happenings.
Things you have received:
*Paperwork for extra help – these forms were sent home based on the MAP standardized test scores from last October
*Lunch: Order Forms went home last week for the whole month – copies will be available on the website tomorrow.
*Snack: Students are allowed to bring in a light snack and water for the day (remember water fountains are closed).
*After Care: for students in grades PK-2nd grade 5:00pm. 21CCLC after school Program for grades 3 to 6th is until 5:15pm. Please fill out the permission forms.
*School Calendar – Gives you a layout of the major holidays and days off.
